Eligibility:
Recognized Student Organizations (registered with the Student Activities Center), Memorial Union Partners and University Affiliates are eligible to be included in the Student Union Board weekly table tent that will be placed on tables in the MU Food Court.
Deadline:
Completed Table Tent Information Forms are due two weeks prior to the Monday of distribution. No late information will be accepted!
Information:
Spaces will be approximately 2.75" x 3.5" on a three fold tent designed by MU Graphics.
Six spaces are available per week. Only one space per organization per week. Organizations may reserve space up to 3 times per semester, however if spaces become available we will notify those that wish to be placed on a waiting list.
MU Partners & University Affiliates may reserve space 2 times per semester. Only one partner and one affiliate may be included per week.
The Memorial Union and Student Union Board will cover costs associated with design, printing and distribution of table tents.
Distribution will be each Monday morning.
The name of the sponsoring student organization must be included in the ad.
SUB will ensure accuracy to best of their ability, however, errors may occur which will be rectified when possible. SUB will not be responsible for errors due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the sponsoring organization.
Reserving Table Tent Space:
Reservation of space must be made in person in the East Student Office Space at the MU. (No phone calls or e-mails).
In order to have a space reserved you must complete a Table Tent Reservation Form
Forms available at East SOS reception desk or CLICK HERE. Forms must be completed and returned in person to the East SOS reception desk.
Forms with incomplete information will not be accepted for reservation of space.
Any logos you wish to be included on the table tent must be submitted on CD in a JPG or TIFF format with the Table Tent Reservation Form. No other forms of artwork will be accepted.
