ddFavorite Iowa State University memory so far: Tough to pick just one. I think the weekends where I'm at a Drag Show in the M-Shop on Friday night and helping with College Bowl on a Saturday morning speak to the variety of students at Iowa State University and how great it is that the there is something for everyone. I love being part of helping students connect. And I like basketball, too. ddddd

Favorite Iowa State University memory so far (three-five sentences): Oh there are so many to think back on in my short time here so far...But I will have to go with the following...Disco Fridays in the office and how we all get a chance to voyage back to the past and relive the glory days...even if we are post disco era children :)

Coordinator of Fine Arts & The Workspace
Letitia Kenemer letitia@iastate.edu
Hometown: Dayton, Iowa
BFA, Iowa State University

I have lots of favorites...seeing a clown rollerblade by my office on a random day, having Willy Porter sing Happy Birthday to me in the M-Shop, throwing pots in the Workspace in the evening during the summer, being hospitality "directors" with my best friend Amber for bands at VEISHEA 2006, the bare burrito with pork at the MU Food Court, making shirts at the Sloss House for Breast Cancer Awareness, one-on-one meetings with my SUB directors, family lunch every Thursday at noon with Hugo and Harvey and the rest of the staff, and of course...Disco Friday.

Coodinator of Leadership & Service

MS in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University
BS in Agriculture from the University of Florida

My favorite Iowa State memory so far was Dance Marathon 2006. The end of the event was truly inspirational. One of the Miracle Children sang, the dancers were all exhausted but excited and the donation total was huge. It was amazing to see all of the student's hard work come together to create such an amazing event for the dancers and the families. I loved being a part of it!

Graduate Assistant
Erica Ott eott@mail.adp.iastate.edu
Hometown: Defiance, OH
MFA, Bowling Green State University

My favorite memory to date, has to be staffing the M-Shop for the one weekend Steve was not here. I was given full responsibility for taking care of the bands and to keep the whole night running smoothly. I even got the chance to talk one on one with the bands all night and even gained a greater insight of what is it like to be a touring band. The M-Shop is a great place to hang out and see some awesome bands perform for pretty cheap!!

Program Manager for The Underground
Doug Swanson dswanson@iastate.edu
Hometown: Kelley, Iowa.

My favorite ISU memory so far is being here for the multiple redesigns of the food court area and the additions of the East and West student office space areas. Also being involved in the removal of six bowling lanes and replacing them with the billiards and video games was quite enlightening.

Office Clerk
Cate Clark catec@iastate.edu
Hometown: Rippey, Iowa
BA in English, University of Northern Iowa

My best Iowa State University memories so far have probably been the fun(d) drives while working at WOI Radio. However, Disco Friday here in the Student Activities Center is a close second. We did not have a rotating mirrored ball at WOI Radio.
