CyBowl & Billiards: Student Org Giveback Program
The Giveback Program is an exciting, new way for student groups to fundraise and promote their organization.
How the program works:
The student organization will complete The Giveback Reservation Request (below). This should be submitted a minimum of ten class days prior to the date of the event.
The giveback event will occur on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, 12pm - close, based on the organization's preference and the availability of CyBowl $ Billiards
The student organization will market the event ahead of time, in addition to distributing promotional invitations (the SAC will provide the template for this invitation, but organizations are responsible for their own printing).
The organization will receive 25% of revenue earned from bowling, shoe rental or billiards from any guest that presents the giveback invitation/flyer.
Please note that student groups are not allowed to stand outside CyBowl & Billiards and hand out giveback flyers. Also, each participant needs to have their own copy of the flyer for the organization to get credit for their purchase.
