Laptop Checkout

Laptops Available for Student Use!

Stop by the West Student Office Space on the 1st floor of the Memorial Union to check one out.

One Day Checkout:
      Monday- Thursday: 8am- 9pm
      Friday: 8am- 4pm
      Saturday: Closed
      Sunday: Closed

Due back the next day by 3pm (Friday checkouts are due on Monday)

Laptops cannot be checked out for 2 consecutive days without permission in advance from the Director of Student Activities.

When checked out, the user is responsible for theft or damages and must sign an agreement prior to check out to acknowledge the terms and conditions for check out. $40 per day late fee will be assessed if the laptop is returned late.

      -Laptop
      -Travel Case
      -VGA Cable
      -Mouse
      -Power Cord


Laptops will not be available during academic breaks, including the week of Thanksgiving, winter break, and spring break..
