What is Emerging Leaders Retreat (ELR)?
Emerging Leaders Retreat is an overnight, off-campus retreat for sophomore (second-year) students interested in building leadership skills.
Who attends ELR?
Sophomores who want to be leaders on campus and in the community! If you are involved and want to build the skills to take the next step to be a student leader in GSB, of an organization, residence hall, group, etc. this retreat would benefit you!
Why should I attend ELR?
You will have the opportunity to build relationships with current and future student leaders at Iowa State, get advice, and learn and enhance many of the important knowledge and skills that leaders on campus need to be successful!
How do I apply?
Look for online applications at the beginning of the fall semester.
I am currently a student leader (Junior or Senior in fall 2010), how do I become a facilitator for ELR?
