We are excited about the opportunity to bring this program to you and other students at Iowa colleges and universities! Iowa State University will be participating with various other colleges and universities in Iowa to host an awesome LeaderShape Iowa Institute.
The LeaderShape Institute is an intensive, week-long institute that will challenge you and uplift you to become a better leader and work for change in the world around you. During the week, you will learn more about your personal leadership style, you will meet many new people and gain insights from their experiences, and you will be asked to share part of your life and experiences. We hope that you will stretch yourself to learn and interact with new people during your time at The LeaderShape Institute.

The dates of the session are Thursday, May 29-Tuesday, June 3, 2008. The event will be held at Upper Iowa University. Further details about transportation and lodging will be provided at a later date. The Memorial Union will be sponsoring two to three students to attend the 2008 LeaderShape Iowa event. We are asking students to contribute $100 to defray some of the costs.
Applications are due by 5:00pm on Friday, April 18, 2008 to the Student Activities Center in the East Student Office Space of the Memorial Union.
