What is the Iowa State Leadership Experience?
The Iowa State Leadership Experience is an annual one-day leadership conference sponsored by the Leadership and Service Center, Department of Residence, Inter Residence Hall Association (IRHA), Margaret Sloss Center for Women and Gender Equity, LAS Career Services, and the Leadership Studies Program. This event is intended to help student leaders on campus improve their leadership skills, learn about leadership opportunities at Iowa State, and network with other leaders from across campus.
